Order processing 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer free shipping for the US and Canada for orders over $70.

The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days. As this is an average, sometimes items may arrive sooner and sometimes they may arrive later during busy periods.

Please note this excludes any processing/handling times. If a product has processing/handling times, it will be noted on the product page.

We recommend ordering before December 9th if you would like your order to arrive before Christmas.

Please take the estimated shipping times into account before purchasing. Please also note that these shipping times are estimates and due to variables in delivery times, we cannot guarantee exact shipping times.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will only accept returns or refunds for damaged or faulty products. Please note, we do not accept returns for change of mind, or if the wrong size or color was ordered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@wander-trails.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
