How to Style National Park Prints in a Living Room

National park prints work well in living rooms because they combine landscape art with something personal — a place you've visited, hiked, or want to see.

Above the sofa is the classic spot. Center one large print (18″×24″ or 24″×36″) about 6–8 inches above the sofa back. A single statement piece like the Zion framed poster — red canyon walls, turquoise river — holds its own over a neutral couch without competing with the room.

Build a gallery wall with a theme. Three parks, one frame finish, evenly spaced. Black frames keep a mixed set of landscapes cohesive; white frames brighten darker rooms; red oak warms up neutral spaces.

Match the print to the room's mood. Calm rooms (bedrooms, reading corners) suit serene scenes like the Glacier framed poster — still water, glowing peaks. Social spaces suit bold, conversation-starting scenes like Grand Teton at sunset.

A print that is too small can look lost on a large wall. If you're choosing between sizes, use painter's tape to mark the dimensions on the wall first; it makes the scale much easier to judge before ordering.
